• We need 50% Payment to confirm the booking and balance 50% Payment needs to be paid at arrival with valid ID Proof of each member.
  • ID Proof is compulsory for Room Experiences of every member and person should be 18 years and above.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time to fully enjoy your candlelight dining experience. If your plans change or you need to cancel, kindly let us know at least 48 hours in advance to initiate a refund, no refunds will be made after that.
  • Our dinner timing is fixed, last dish will be served till 11 PM as per booking letter/whatsApp catalogue sent to you by us or by third party app. If you arrive late, then also the dinner will end as per the stipulated time i.e. 11 PM. If a guest does not come within 30 minutes of the Booking time, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any refund.
  • Alcohol/Outside Food Items not allowed. Leftover Food will not be packed in take away.
  • In case we are not able to provide service due to reasons within or beyond our control, our liability is limited to Dinner booking value only.
  • Food taste is a subjective matter and no compensation or refund will be made on that ground.
  • We click the photos of the guest and publish them on our social media as per our photo policy sent to each guest before making the booking. We are not responsible for any claim against this.
  • In case of Rain, the experience will be shifted to Indoor setup as per availability. No refund/adjustment will be made.
  • We need menu choice one day prior/same day by (8am) to make fresh food.
  • Rooftop and Restaurant are shared experiences. There may be other couples/Families too. For fully private experiences, you may choose Theme based Rooms
  • All disputes are restricted to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
  • In case of any damage made to our property articles used to decorate dinner experience is done, will result in a penalty imposed on guests. Hotel may ask for security deposit in case of many special dining concepts in room. Decorative items used are hotels’ property and there are charges applied if found destroyed.
  • Peak Date Charges may apply on 25th dec,31st Dec, or other14th Feb such dates as decided by management
